Hawkily Ever After: Couple Photos Part One

With the first look complete, I led Mr. Hawk and our photographer to one of my favorite on-campus spots: the Crim Dell Bridge.

Hidden amongst the trees, the bridge definitely has an aire of romance, and the legend that goes along with the bridge couldn't have been more fitting! William and Mary tradition states that if you kiss your sweetheart on the bridge, you are destined to be married.

I smiled nonstop, but in typical Mr. Hawk fashion, he could not help himself from cracking a few silly jokes to keep the mood light-hearted. At times I was a giggling mess.
A couple of my favorite photos of the day came from a little bench we happened to find tucked away next to the bridge.

We finished up with a few more photos featuring the gorgeous bridge.

I'm so pleased that we were able to incorporate another W&M landmark into our wedding day!

Do you have any specific landmarks that you plan to feature in your wedding day photography?
